You can choose between one of our 3 double rooms or the self-catered apartment.
At the ground floor, you find our restaurant in a stone vaulted room, where you will be welcomed to taste genuine and organic local products.
How to get here: Podere Di là dall’Acqua is not connected with the main road, but you can drive here on a dirt road crossing a small stream. Please make sure in advance that your car is suitable. Otherwise, you can walk a pleasant path immersed in nature (it takes approximately 10-15 minutes from the car park).

20 sqm double room decorated with beautiful white and red colors and located at the first floor, overlooking the apple fields and the river Rosaro, that will cradle you at night with the sound of its water flowing. It features a separate studio area and a wide bathroom with a shower.

Room “Romantica”
18 sqm double room located at the first floor with independent entrance, private bathroom with a shower, terrace with table and chairs.
It accommodates 2+1 people. Services: wi-fi, courtesy kit, electric kettle and mini bar.

Room “Romantica”
Room “Romantica”: 18 sqm double room located at the first floor with independent entrance, private bathroom with a shower, terrace with table and chairs.

Room “Chicchino”
12 sqm double room at the first floor, decorated with pink and ivory colors, minimal furnishings, private bathroom with a shower.

Self-catered apartment “La Quiete”
Bright 50 sqm located at the top floor with independent access and terrace with a view over the town of Fivizzano and our farm fields.
It comprises: living room with wood beam ceiling and a sofa bed accommodating 2 people; kitchenette with electric cookers, microwave, fridge, kitchenware and all kitchen appliances; 1 double room; a mezzanine with 1 small bed; bathroom with a shower.
It accommodates 2+3 people. Services: wi-fi, bedlinen and towels.
Price: from 100 euro, including room service and bed linen change every 7 days.
RESTAURANT
Taste the ancient flavors of our land
Our small restaurant located at Podere “Di là dall’acqua” delights our guests with a set menu (no à la carte option available) made of simple but genuine organic products coming from our agriturismo or nearby farms.
In summer, we offer both inside and open-air dining options under the pergola overlooking the garden, where you can enjoy a candle-light dinner in a magic atmosphere.
Restaurant opening times: on weekdays open for dinner only, on weekends open both for lunch and dinner. You are kindly asked to reserve your table in advance!
Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am at our restaurant. You will taste our honey and jam, toasted bread, fresh ricotta cheese, homemade cakes, yogurt with fruit from the garden, coffee, fresh milk and orange juice.
